Subject: Rocket Launch June 21 - weather update, it will be HOT

we don't have the final weather forecast for 6/21, but the situation is this:

it seems there will not be much rain on Friday or Saturday, so the field should be dry enough

the winds look like they are a bit higher, but in the normal range and under the 20 mph limit.

the problem will be the heat, it will feel like 103 - 108 F on Saturday afternoon
We currently are discussing starting setup early at 8 am, open the waiver at 9 am. End the launch early afternoon between 2 and 3 pm.
We would encourage everybody to bring plenty of water and stay safe in the heat. We will send detailed heat safety advice with the launch announcement. It would be good to prepare the rockets ahead of time and bring them close to ready to fly (but without the motor installed).
