Steve Anderson launched "It's : About : Time" with a Cesaroni M1450 "Classic propellant" for his Level 3 Certification flight. It's : About : Time, reached the altitude of 13,819 feet for the July 2010 record.

You might ask, How long has it been since his Level 2 certification? Go ahead... ask him.

Rob Grygar launched "Spike" on a central Cesaroni L1720 and then air started three AeroTech J570's.
Spike reached the altitude of 8,509 feet for the June 2010 record.

Michael Koppelman's minimum diameter Cindy Loo Hoo roared to 8765 feet at the May research launch on a J475 motor.

September 2008 High Flyer

Steve AndersonSteve AndersonLow clouds and light rain didn't stop Steve Anderson from setting a new “H” altitude record. Steve’s rocket “Bad Behavior” flying on a AMW Pro-X H123 Skidmark motor reached a blistering altitude of 1537 feet. This flight also gave him the September’s high-flyer of the month honors. Congratulations Steve! This photo of Steve was taken at LDRS. He successfully armed all the electronics for Big Yeller’s flight. This position is affectionately called “tower monkey”.

August 2008 High Flyer

Pat ArnesonPat ArnesonPat Arneson flew his scratch built rocket named "Just Fly The Damn Thing" for the days Trifecta of rocketry. Pat made a great choice using an Aerotech J420R for his power plant . The rocket soared to the incredible altitude of 6773 feet for a perfect flight. This smashes David Kittell's J class record from previous month and puts Pat in first place in the J class for now.
